About Me
Hey I’m Corey.
I’ve been coaching and working in the fitness industry since 2014, helping thousands of clients over the years. I’m the founder of The 90 Day Plan & creator of Train Atlas.
I’m passionate about fitness and coaching because of what it brought into my own life. In school, I was lost and lacked direction. Fitness taught me to have self belief, self confidence and gave me a purpose.
Fast forward 12 years, I’ve competed as an athlete in CrossFit, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting and conquered 4 ultra marathons. Fitness continues to challenge me and develop me as a person.
On this journey, I’ve been lucky enough to work with brands such as Men’s Health, Prep Kitchen and Huel. I’ve acquired a social media following of over 200,000+ across all platforms. Creating educational fitness content to help as many people as possible is a big passion of mine.
My approach to fitness is simple; I want people to genuinely enjoy being active. So they can continue to enjoy moving their bodies for as long as they can, without the need for motivation.
Training for longevity and for life, is a key part of my success both as an athlete and coach. I want my clients to feel the same. For me, it’s not just about physical results. It’s about building a stronger mindset, discipline and improving self-belief along the way.
